Security Lab's SOC took 1st place in cyberattack response exercises
The first place in the cyber attack response exercises is a significant achievement for the Security Lab Cybersecurity Center. This confirms the team's qualifications and competence in the field of cyber threat protection.
The organizer of the exercises is the National Center for Cybersecurity and Response to Cyber Incidents, established within the structure of the Operational and Analytical Center under the President of the Republic of Belarus. The event was held from October 1 to October 4, 2024 in cooperation with the republican unitary enterprise National Traffic Exchange Center and the Surte IT company.
The participation of 29 teams, including 17 certified cybersecurity centers, indicates a high level of competition and engagement. Practicing scenarios on a cyber polygon with the initiation of 21 cyber incidents is a great way to immerse yourself in real conditions.
The results were summarized based on the results of the investigations. Additional points were awarded to teams for successfully completing CTF (Capture the Flag) exercises. To view the results table, click on the link.
Such events will be held regularly, which, combined with training sessions for which certified cybersecurity centers are responsible, will increase the level of protection of the national information infrastructure from external and internal threats.
Our SOC center is ready to demonstrate a high level of readiness in the next round of cyber security exercises!
